Tabak plans exhibited in Arcam until 11 february

Our office and architectenbureau Vincent Smulders (renovation & restauration) recently presented their design for the redevelopment of the so called Tabakspanden. On a unique location in Amsterdam, near the Dam square, appartments and creative commercial space will be realised in an area reknown for it's volatile and creative role in the city centre as it has a history of malafide real-estate owners and squatters headquarters. This carefully implemented design represents a major breakthrough in the stalemate that has lasted for a few decades now in this special yet sensitive location. The plans are now exhibited in Arcam from January 27 to February 11: Prins Hendrikkade 600 Amsterdam.
